Growth Manager

If you’re someone who thrives on closing deals, driving business growth, and taking ownership of the entire sales process, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. We are seeking an experienced and driven Growth Manager to join our team and spearhead the sales of our Quality Assurance services to clients in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales pipeline – from lead generation to closing deals – ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service. This role requires a self-starter who is eager to create and execute sales strategies, leveraging cold outreach methods such as cold calling, emailing, and networking. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan targeting key sectors, including pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences. 
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation techniques. 
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to engage prospects and introduce QA services. 
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company’s presence and identify new business opportunities. 
  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth handover to the delivery team. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their QA needs and aligning our services to their requirements. 
  • Effectively negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals, while using persuasive skills to position our services as the best solution for the client. 
  • Provide post-sale support and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and client challenges to effectively position our QA services. 
  • Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to create customized solutions for clients and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

     

Qualifications: 

  • At least 4+ years of proven sales experience, particularly in selling QA services to the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. 
  • Excellent command of English – both written and spoken – with strong interpersonal skills to engage with senior-level decision-makers and draft persuasive communication materials. 
  • Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close deals by understanding client needs, and positioning our services as the solution, while balancing client and company interests. 
  • Strong cold calling, cold emailing, and outreach skills with a demonstrated ability to convert leads into clients. 
  • Ability to manage the entire sales process from start to finish, including proposal writing and contract negotiations. 
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and adapt to new challenges. 
  • Strong analytical skills to understand client pain points and align our services to their needs. 
  • A passion for learning and staying informed about trends and best practices in the pharma, healthcare, and life sciences industries.
